When a new home begins showing signs of something buried beneath it, building inspector Tom Creed uncovers the remains of an Anglo-Saxon cemetery disturbed by modern construction.
 

As cracks spread, footprints appear and the house seems to resist those living above it, Tom is drawn into a haunting rooted deep beneath the foundations.
